Summary: Close to a very nice Starbucks and mall. Convenient location. Clean. I was sad that the workout room had not even one yoga mat—seemed petty and ungenerous. One other problem—my first night there, a couple nearby was very very loud for an extended period of time (a bizarrely long period of time—can anyone’s climax last 45 minutes?!?!) and I asked hotel staff to please move me to a different room (far from the unpleasant noises) but my request was denied and I was told the hotel was sold out. I was disappointed that it took Security a while to look into my complaint (no one came out to look into the source of the noises after my first call, only after my second), and also I was disappointed that no effort was made by management to recompense me for the damage done to my stay or my night’s sleep (the noises occurred from 8-9pm Friday night and I’d had a long flight). But other than that a nice hotel.
