Summary: Is a very clean hotel, pool, bar, restaurant and parking lot. Employees were nice and cheery. I just wish there was a free breakfast.

Summary: The first room we were given the air conditioning didn't work but they quickly got us into a different room and even brought the new keys up to us. I've stayed here in the past and it was awesome but this time I could tell that the hotel is declining.

Summary: We stayed in room 107 and it was not clean at all. I had to clean the room when we arrived and I’m usually not one to say anything I just try to keep to myself but there was some surfaces I had to wipe down, and the bath tub I had to fully clean before I could give my kids a bath.. there was hair and crumbs all in the bath. We used the pull out sleeper sofa bed and when we pulled it out there was dirt, and crumbs, a pizza crust, and all kinds of nasty stuff that fell out of it. We had to request new bedding for it and wipe it completely down. The staff overall was so friendly and so helpful so I am appreciative of the overall customer service but not happy at all with the cleanliness. I even requested twice for a vacuum or broom because I don’t like to leave places a mess or like to clean as a I go. House keeping did bring me a vacuum once so I could vacuum our room.
