Summary: this place is great to stay, went for a softball tourney with my daughter's team. the room could use an update but were homey for a hotel. The A/C was cold like we like it! the pool is small, but not packed. Staff was great but for the one guy that handled morning breakfast that kept reminding us that the the vouchers were for the cost of food and did not included gratuity! I did not need all that for the bacon that was over cooked.

Summary: Wonderful stay! Perfect for our family of 4 during a soccer event nearby. Some dated spots but overall felt clean, staff was helpful. Would stay again. We appreciated having the laundry facilities and pool especially. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

Summary: One of the best stays that we have had and we are travelers. We were bicycle touring and when we arrived, we were greeted by ice water with lemons in the lobby along with warm chocolate chip cookies. The room was very comfortable and we liked that the bathroom had a night light and plenty of places to hang towels. We paid to include breakfast which was excellent except for the overly hyper dinning room attendant who really needed to just chill.

Summary: Front desk manager in the afternoon/evening on all three days was super friendly and helpful! Bar and restaurant staff were also friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and one particular cleaning staff member was very friendly! She was cleaning on the 4th floor. Only complaint is the regular coffee was “out” in the morning on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you

Summary: Our family of 3 stayed here for our daughter's sports event. In addition to the convenient location, the staff is prompt in helping us with extra sheets that we requested. The place is clean, quiet and well organized.

Summary: Check in was a breeze and the two Queen bed was a good size, room clean and bed comfy. Shower could use an update but water got hot fast so can’t complain! The pool was nice and warm for a winter stay and the hot tub was nice. The floor around the pool/hot tub could use a clean so just be sure to bring flip flops. The breakfast buffet is your usual— for $16/adult and $13/child— I would pass next time and order off the menu or eat at one of the many options nearby. Location is great with lots of food options close by and to our destination. If we needed to come back to this area would definitely stay again.
