Negative: Their credit card machines were down but I had to produce 3 credit cards and even called chase, who confirmed my card was in good standing, and couldn't use a check. The girl still couldn't call a manager or give my reserved room to me. Finally photocopies my card and drivers license and have me a room. Took over 30 minutes. Card was run during the night. At checkout, I asked for the extra$50 incidental charge to be credited. Today there is another charge for the $202 room charge instead of the credit! Now I have to fight that! Plus, my quiet room was the one right next to the elevator. There was a Lakefest on the grounds that night so people were coming and going until very late. Plus there were 2 towel swans leaning against the wall on the counter by the tv. The only time I've ever seen those is on the bed as a cute decoration. This can only mean that they were left from the last guest. Plus the phone was off the hook. It made me feel the room had not been cleaned well after the last guest. I was too tired to deal with it and obviously survived.

Positive: Hilton was fine. Booking.com never confirmed my reservation change despite saying they did and noting the dates above. This is on dispute. I lost the rooms and had to pay more and book at the hotel.

Positive: It started with the front desk. Very friendly and accommodating. Bar tender was so fun. View was outstanding. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Negative: One of our neighbors was a bit loud but that's not on the hotel. I can't think of a thing I didn't like
