Summary: The last that checked us in was very straight to the point didn’t say hello, enjoy your stay nothing. Just ID and credit card and here are your room key elevator is around the corner. When we got to our room it smelled wet/musty in there and was real warm. Air conditioner and fridge was very loud. The room was booked for 4 people and there was 2 towels, 1 face cloth and half a bottle of shampoo. In the one bed there was a bottle cap under the sheet, we had to strip down the bed to find what the kids were complaining about. Will not stay here again.

Summary: Only downside was the airport shuttle only picks up once per hour. Other hotels are every half hour. And our shuttle was late so made it a little stressful.

Summary: The young lady during the early morning was not very friendly, may have been shy but did not say good morning. Room was fine. Had no time to use other services.

Summary: I have stayed here when in edm 7 or 8 times,the 1st morning i had to take a cold shower no hot water at all my daughter refused to,later that night at 8pm i still had no hot water was barley warm,i told the gentleman at the front desk march 21st said they could not switch us to a new room with hot shower til he comes up to finger test it,i said follow me up,i took15 mins but i had to call down 2 times for him to finally arrive,then he tested the sink tap which was pretty warm but not hot then he tested the shower tap which was running for 10 mins as per his suggestion and i was not very warm at all compared to sink he had the nerve to try to convince me it was hot who the hell foes he think he is or or he is dealing with i was so pissed at his smugg attitude i told him we are checking out now 2 nights early he then finally said he will move us,what a complete mess he showed no sympathy towards our needs we will never stay at this hotel again.
