Summary: Everything was clean, nice location. The pillows were a bit flat and don’t understand why queen beds only have three pillows instead of 4.

Summary: We stayed twice on way to and from Florida staff is nice but shower was very broken and tub faucet was hanging. Hallways reeked of pot staff had to let you into pool and hot tub was broken both times rusty and moldy bathroom

Summary: The overall condition of the hotel itself was what I expected. However, we chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub amenity. We purchased swimsuits and were really looking forward to spending some time relaxing in the hot tub. When we arrived to check in we were told the hot tub heater wasn't working and hadn't been working in 5-6 weeks or so. We would not have chosen to book this stay had we know that amenity wasn't working. We wouldn't have been as disappointed if it had just broken within the last day or so but when we heard it had been broken for several weeks we were very disappointed. We really feel as if the hotel didn't make any attempt to offer anything but they sure didn't mind taking our money.

Summary: WE PAID A BIT EXTRA BECAUSE WE THOUGHT THE HILTON NAME WOULD BE A STEP UP FROM THE OTHER HOTELS IN THIS AREA. DISAPPOINTED THAT THE ROOM WAS SO DUSTY ( YOU COULD ACTUALLY SEE A THICK COAT OF DUST ON THE VALANCE TO THE DRAPES ) THAT WE BOTH HAD TO USE NASAL SPRAY TO BREATHE...NOT GOOD. THE BATHROOM TRIM WAS RUSTY...RUSTY! IT LOOKED LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD PAINTED IT WHEN 20 MINUTES OF EFFORT WOULD OF ALL THAT IT TOOK TO PAINT IT PROPERLY. OUR BED WAS HARD AND THE CARPET WAS FILTHY. WE HAD OUR LITTLE WESTIE WITH US SO I ASSUME THIS WAS A PET FRIENDLY ROOM. THE FEE WAS NOT SO FRIENDLY AT $75.00...I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY CHOICE OF HOTELS...BUT ERIC AT THE FRONT DESK PATIENTLY LISTENED TO ME EXPLAIN MY THOUGHTS ON OUR STAY AND HE WAS WONDERFUL....I WAS IMPRESSED AND HE DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER ( WITHOUT ME ASKING TO MAKE OUR EXIT FROM THE HOTEL PLEASANT...THANK YOU AGAIN ERIC

Summary: On arrival I checked in the staff was nice enough, but not overally friendly, which was fine - they were not rude in the slightest so that is a win. I was given my keys and as I made my way to my room and walk in, it hit me. A stench I am not sure I can even put into words. It simply smelled old, musty, maybe it had been smoked in, but at any rate it has a stench. You know what I am talking about when I say old. The bathroom was even less appealing. The shower doors were dirty, just caked with what seemed like montha of filthy soapscum. The wood in the bathroom on the vanity were delaminating. This place could really use some upgrades. The tv picture quality was a literal flashback and there I was back in the 90's all over again. So, there you have it. A hotel that is highly outdated, but still pricey. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel to anyone, unless yiu are desperate.
