Summary: Service and room were great only complaint was that the heater in the room didn’t work but I didn’t complain during my stay as it wasn’t a super big deal to me, all 5 stars otherwise

Summary: The public areas of the hotel and very inviting and clean. It’s clear staff go above and beyond to maintain the interior and exterior of the building. Our room was also very clean, everything looks new and well-kept. Free coffee was a plus! The only negative is this is a very busy hotel and we stayed on a Friday night so on the noisy side with late check-ins and loud TV’s but things did quiet down.
