Summary: Room was hot. Air conditioning was not properly working. Lack of enough linens in the room. Room and hallway had an odor. We have stayed at this hotel when visiting family many times. We were very disappointed

Summary: Front desk check-in was smooth. Got to the room and the bathroom door was blocking the entrance. We had to keep pushing the door until it closed. There was used towels on the bathroom floor, shower drain was clogged, and the box of soap was open.

Summary: Staff was very unprofessional. I walked up to check in but they were to busy planning their lunch so i had to wait for them to discuss that before i was helped. Then ordered room service because I had surgery on my foot... the whole point of ordered room service is so that they bring it to you but they made me come down to get it. Some of the next day staff was great.
