Summary: The hotel was fine, but they charge you a $50 incidental fee and breakfast is $12/person. I picked this because it was one of the lower priced ones, but this made it one of the higher priced stays.

Summary: The hotel area is very convenient to restaurants and shops. When I booked the hotel I added breakfast for 12 dollars and when I was about to get breakfast the kitchen staff told me I cannot since I don’t have a receipt that’s signed for breakfast. When I checked in NO ONE GAVE ME A RECEIPT. It’s frustrating because it’s hard earned money wasted. When I complained front desk is treating me like I’m stupid and very rude because I don’t have a receipt and no one gave me a receipt. Terrible

Summary: I booked through Expedia. The room I booked was a king suite. When I checked in it smelled of smoke. When I asked for another room, they could only give me a Queen room. Because it was an Expedia booking, they couldn't refund me to give me another room, so I waited 45 minutes to get a manual key after travelling for many hours. The room I was given was OK, but the AC was so noisy I couldn't use it and the bathroom sink didn't drain. I am very disatisfied with the hotel.
