Summary: Good location to the train & bus stations & downtown. Nice room & bathroom. Only issue I had was the toilet kept running but when I told the staff they got right on it.

Summary: The staff at check-in was great! The room I had with the King-size bed was great!!! I didn't know they had a refrigerator was an absolute plus!! I only wished the hotel restaurant was Vegan friendly as it would've been a totally fabulous stay! However, I was disturbed twice by housekeeping as she ignored the privacy sign on my door who came in the first time when I wasn't there and made up my bed and left realizing her error and the second time when I was in my room at 11:19am (my last day) knocking on my door with the privacy sign still on the outside door (check out at 12pm) which was quite irritating and wondered if she can READ!! Nevertheless, I let the front desk know my displeasure and they were quite nice about it.

Summary: One elevator (two were out of order) for a 14 floor hotel. Ac was bad. Towels extremely scratchy. Valet so expensive for no reason.
