Summary: Joshua greeted at the front desk and he executes customer service. Room was nice and clean, overlooked the intercoastal wish we stayed longer to actually enjoy the hotel itself

Summary: Great service! Very nice/beautiful hotel. The balcony room we had was beautiful on the top 14th floor. Catherine at check-in was amazing and so kind and helpful. We also ate at the Olive tree restaurant and the food was very good. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great.

Summary: The Hotel ( Hilton) was great. This was the third leg of our trip. The Hyatt we booked on arrival to Ft. Lauderdale was terrible. I would not recommend. Front desk changed our reservation and booked us into a different Hyatt. We had no knowledge of this switch and it was midnight! Tired, in a new city to us. No help in getting us to the other Hyatt. So disappointed with that desk person.

Summary: We appreciated the stay. The only issue we had was the getting in and out of self park as our room key would not open the gate. We went to have it fixed; however, it didn’t work after that either.

Summary: I stayed in one of the suites. It was generally very good. It is just a little dated but in general it was very nice. It was a little alfar from reception which was fine when we got in as we had bellman help, but in the morning as I had to leave before 8 am there was no assistance and I was informed that I had to come down and get the trolly myself. Other than that Jaden was extremely nice and the bellman who helped me to my room (so sorry, can't remember his name. Kevin?) They were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice stay!

Summary: Our stay at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina was great up until the last night. The fire alarm went off due to pipe bursting and the staff were unable to shut off the alarm until 8am the mext morning. Needless to say, no one in the building got any sleep and many were left with ringing in our ears the next day.

Summary: Hotel is nice. In a good location close to airport and things to do in Fort Lauderdale. There is no self park. Valet is $57 nightly. Valet takes forever all day. During the day it’s about a 10-15 min wait. Night time is even worse. I waited 32 mins for them to retrieve my car Saturday night. When I came back no one was to be found I waited about 10 mins just as I was about to leave the keys on there stand he finally came back.
