Positive: Room upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. Heated pools to 30, 31 and 34 degrees. Kids club and gym proximity to each other as well as room. Very smooth check-in.

Negative: Our room was not on a high floor. However the room was really nice. Cleaning could be more thorough.

Positive: An amazing hotel in the quiet neighbourhood. Exceptional staff. Special thanks to Maroua, Sahib and Rohim - they were extra attentive and made our stay memorable. Comfortable location - you can get anywhere within 15-20 min.

Positive: The location on the pearl is very good, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very generous, and not too crowded, with an option of buffet and also a la carte. Room was quite big with a little kitchenette.

Negative: Nothing we didn't like, but ideally a balcony would have been nice.
