Summary: I booked my stay at the Hilton months in advance to surprise my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. I paid for a single kind bed and got put in a room with double queens. I spoke to the manager and was told it was an upgrade and that’s all they could do. This is we extremely disappointing because I expected to receive the room that I paid for. I will not be coming back.

Summary: How clean the hotel was with all the nasty weather outside. How friendly the people were and one gentleman gave us shortcut directions to one of our destinations. They were super busy when we got there but they were able to get everyone checked in fast and made sure everyone had what they needed. Highly recommend!!!
