Summary: Very nice and clean hotel. We booked this hotel at the very last minute and didn't have much time to read the fine print of everything, but in order to use the pool/hot tub you need to sign up down at the pool. It isn't an issue if there isn't many people but if it's busy you'll need to reserve a spot. It wasn't a big deal- we went down, signed our names, and went right in. It was a pretty good location for walking to different stores.

Summary: Great hotel and great spot especially having teenagers like to sight see and take pictures. Deposit is around $200 so for families it’s something to consider if doing multiple rooms.

Summary: I’ve stayed at the Hilton Chicago many times, and I keep going back because it is always a great experience. The staff is great, making check in easy and using the amenities easy. The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago. I highly recommend the Hilton for any trip or staycation in Chicago.
