Positive: I stayed in two different trips. When I stayed in the upper floors, the rooms were somewhat in need of an upgrade in terms of light fixtures, etc In the next trip I stayed in rooms on lower floors below floor 12 and the rooms were much better The staff, services and food was very good. Location was downtown and quiet accessible to tourist spots.

Positive: Staff was efficient and very friendly. The location was excellent, overlooking the Nile from terrace, breakfast room and room. Excellent variety of food and drinks for breakfast. Rotating restaurant on top was a nice experience and had an excellent menu.

Negative: No light alcoholic drinks like wine to accompany a good meal.

Summary: Heerlijk.

Positive: I came to Grand Nile Tower few years ago before it was rebought by Hilton, and it was already a very nice hotel with many facilities. I was happy to renew with the hotel in january this year. The hotel and staff met my expectations again this time, in terms of professionalism and kindness.

Positive: Hilton Cairo Grand Nile is exceptionally excellent place to stay. All services were excellent, very good comfort, Excellent location with cleanliness and palatable food. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is near to Giza on the bank of river Nile and close to Boat station. Hotel is included 6 restaurants of world food, a shopping gallery with big cafeteria with nice food with a great nice view of river Nile.

Negative: There is nothing that I didn’t like. Absolutely perfect, as hotel building is well maintained, it looks very new but bathroom needs some renovation to become more modern.

Summary: Exceptionally excellent place to stay with beautiful Nile view. 100 stars 🌟

Negative: The hotel did not provide the beds configuration we asked for many weeks in advance. There is no alcohol beverages at the bar, not even beer. Staff at the reception is not very helpful. All in all very mediocre stay and overpriced at this quality.
