Summary: Staff were amazing. We called room service for toilet paper At night came quickly. We also called for conditioner at night it also came quick. Room was spacious clean and serviced daily. View was amazing of cairns harbour and the reef boats.. Breakfast was excellent. Room service for food wasnt the best magehrita pizza was cheesy/oily . Hotel seemed to be queiter than other hotels in Cairns older couples and tour groups not many kids. I would stay here again.

Summary: Very friendly staff, very good location, at bit noise from the city at night, but what can you expect with this location. Breakfast was great. Selfparking with low clearance of 185cm was a bit of a challenge, but we managed. Next time I choose valet, when I come in a SUV

Summary: Clean, family-friendly, great pool and spa for big and little kids with a nice table tennis. Beautiful scenic waterview from the balcony of the waterfront esplanade and palm trees. Buffet breakfast was great with variety, very friendly staff, especially Lynn, who always greeted us with a smile each morning. Fantastic stay.

Summary: Lovely hotel, but a little tired in certain areas. The pool had quite a few tiles missing, but not to the detriment of a swim. The surroundings of the pool had plenty of sun lounges, but a few more umbrellas would be good. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.
