Summary: We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Wangfujing! It was my wife’s and my 20th anniversary. We mentioned it to them and one night they sent us up a cake and decorated the bed with two swans made out of towels and sprinkled rose petals on it. A very nice touch. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Summary: Overall the stay was excellent, the location is very good and the service is great. Pool is great, breakfast was great. I would stay here again. The rooms are a bit old/worn - but not run down. Overall nice rooms, but details are worn. The library/reception bar area could improve on drinks. We got some very strange drinks, and it was clear that the people working there has no idea on making drinks that where in the menuw

Summary: Great hotel stay and excellent service! One night a few of the power sockets went out because we used the hair dryer using the bed socket and we called for help (at 11 pm) and within 2 minutes someone was there to help fix and solve the problem! This stay was for our daughter's bday and they decorated the room so well.

Summary: Hilton hotel WangFuJing is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Front Desk manager was very thoughtful, although the central air conditioning was not fully operational, he made an effort to move us to higher floor in hopes of cooler air. Breakfast variety was average. Location was excellent, 2-3 mins walks to APM mall and situated in Wang Fu Jing pedestrian street with lots of delicious dining options. This hotel is ideal for families and would definitely stay here again.
