From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's modern and grand architecture. It felt like we were stepping into one of Astana's futuristic wonders, a perfect reflection of the city's unique skyline with landmarks like the Bayterek Tower and the Khan Shatyr. The lobby, with its soaring ceilings and elegant decor, was a sight to behold. Our room was no less impressive, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city, especially the amazing Expo site, which looked spectacular at night. Honestly, the level of service and the sheer grandeur of the place felt on par with a Waldorf Astoria. The hotel's location is also a major asset. Not only is it situated in a prime area for sightseeing, but its proximity to the airport—just a 15-minute drive—made our arrival and departure incredibly smooth and stress-free. What truly made our stay special, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered not just fantastic cocktails but also a breathtaking perspective of the city's futuristic architecture. The hotel’s spa was also a highlight, providing a much-needed sanctuary after a day of exploring Astana's grand boulevards and impressive monuments. I want to extend a special thank you to Anna, the Commercial Director. Her incredible attention to detail and personal touch made us feel truly valued. Positive: The hotel looks great, nice design, comfortable spacious rooms, nice rich breakfast.

Negative: Staff should pay attention to what is happening in the spa. One family with 3 adults and 2 toddlers occupied the jacuzzi for several hours. They placed a used nappy at the edge of the jacuzzi. After more than one hour it was still there! It means no staff passed this area within over one hour. It should have been picked up and thrown away. The family treated the spa as private bathroom which affected others’ experience. Second issue. There was a private function in the ballroom. The doors that side of the hotel were open. However when we tried to enter from outside we were turned away by security who were not polite nor respectful. A stay at hotel of this standing and at this price should be perfect. However due to these instances it was not perfect and this is something the management should fix.
