Negative: Timliness of food coming from the kitchen. If there is a large party, small orders get lost. We had to wait nearly 45 minutes to receive our burger order as the restaurant had a large party for lunch.

Positive: The front desk service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.
Negative: I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. However, after I returned home, I realized that I had accidentally left the base of my electric kettle in the room. I called the front desk to inquire about it, but I was told that housekeeping had not found it. I am quite certain that I left it in the room, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly check with housekeeping again. Thank you for your assistance.
