Summary: Staff wouldn’t let my husband check us in, the elevators were broken, the room smelled like ketchup and fries, and the shower didn’t drain. Parking is $22 a night but the gates were broken so it was a free for all. The room was decently clean. Not a luxury stay but not horrendous.

Summary: My first room had no heat it was broken. Was switched to another room after hours of being told someone was coming to check the temp but it was broken and they knew that , second room Had no working phone and felt very unsafe multiple fights going on that sounded physical no security t came went on for very long time .. for a Hilton it was not a good experience
