Positive: Nice location and excellent with 4 bedrooms a 4 bathrooms. Great views. Very clean. Worked well for our party of 7. Also easy to find. Walked to town and could explore the island from a central location.

Positive: The property is located in a superb location, right next to Portree. The installations are extremely clean, open, illuminated, and quite comfortable. Beds and bedrooms were impeccable. Highly recommended

Positive: In 6 people (3 couples) of friends we stayed 3 nights (from 6 to 9 August 2023) in this self catering house located less than 2 km from the small town of Portree, Isle of Skye. The location is fantastic: almost solitary, on a slight hill with a breathtaking view of the surrounding area and the horizons of the beautiful island. The house is complete with everything, well furnished, with small but comfortable bedrooms, a very chic living room and a complete kitchen like that of a restaurant. We had dinner there two evenings cooking in Italian after having bought everything. the necessary in the small supermarket of the town. Dining in Portree's restaurants in August is impossible: at 6 pm there were already people in line in the few existing establishments, so the home solution was perfect. Overall, a single drawback: the lack of willingness of the owners to collaborate with the guests. As tour leader of the group, I really struggled to talk to them about the necessary information, all received at the last moment, and about other situations encountered: some radiators/dryers in the bathrooms didn't work, the shower in one bathroom didn't dispense hot water so we had to use the one in the fortunately empty fourth room. All unimportant elements and such as not to ruin the holiday: a breakdown can always happen but after informing the property of this, no response, not even to say "sorry, we are sorry". But despite this, I would also return tomorrow morning to that splendid place which I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the wonderful Skye.
