Positive: When we arrived, there was no Wi-Fi reception in our room, but the the person at the reception tried several options until he fixed it.

Negative: The facilities were decent, but the price was really high for the value.

Negative: Floors were dirty left your feet black, no coffee or coffee pot in machine, no wifi password? Door did not have a good lock and chain was missing.

Positive: The exterior looks a little rough, but inside was perfectly clean, presentable, comfortable, and accommodating. Clean linens, TV and cable, decently large washroom with shower, some racks and drawers.

Negative: Drain fly or two in the washroom, the cooling was a large and noisy fan unit inside.

Summary: Great! All things considered well worth.
