You'll find a large and comfortable oversized stall shower (no tub) stocked with earth friendly soaps and shampoos. No laundry facilities here but there is laundry nearby on Galveston Avenue if you need them.

Outside you'll find a private parking space leading to your own private front entry gated. Upstairs just off the kitchen is a 2nd floor balcony with dining for 2. The perfect spot to enjoy your summer meals. Back on the ground floor near your parking spot, there is locked gear storage available year-round!
