Located on an ever-popular family-friendly site, this charming cabin offers fantastic outdoor space. The large decking area includes comfortable outdoor seating for alfresco dining, a crackling fire pit for toasting marshmallows under the stars, and a bubbling private hot tub to soak in the serenity of the hills. There's also an on-site play area, ideal for keeping children entertained for hours.
Inside, the open-plan living and kitchen area is both stylish and practical, featuring sleek light grey units with copper-finish hardware, a statement tile-effect splashback, and under-cabinet LED lighting. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner, the well-equipped kitchen has you covered with an integrated microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer box, two-burner gas hob, and a full-size sink with drainer.
The living area is home to a spacious L-shaped sofa, perfect for lounging with your favourite TV series after a day of adventure. This sofa can also convert into an extra-wide sleeping space for up to six guests in total (additional fee applies).

Summary: We loved the location, being surrounded by fields and wildlife. Elan Valley nearby was beautiful. We were lucky with good weather. Then bed was ok, you need to be fairly able bodied to climb up there.

Summary: Lovely break away cabins are perfect this is our second time staying here we've loved it everything perfect. Bathroom a little worn but everything else is spot on would definitely recommend. ☺️

Summary: We stayed at Hillside Lodge for a Valentines break and it was nothing short of amazing. The views you wake up to in the morning, the pod itself and just the overall experience. We hope to make visiting the lodge a yearly tradition and would definitely recommend a visit!! :)

Summary: We booked the hill side lodge for a girls 30th birthday weekend trip and enjoyed every moment. The lodge is very spacious and provided a very comfortable nights sleep. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, and seeing all the animals roaming around. The lodge was in perfect location to the sights and walks we wished to visit on our trip. We will be back in the summer.

Summary: Great weekend in Rhayader- very relaxing, great weather, host was lovely. Visited Elan Valley & the Crown Inn on the Saturday night for a meal. Lodge had great amenities, storage, welcome box - everything you needed for a great weekend. Already a returning customer and will be back :)

Summary: A perfectly located holiday village nestled in the wonderful Woman countryside providing a range of accomodation types. Hillside Lodge provided a balance of access to the countryside with luxury and comfort. After a full day of rambling around one of the abundant local attractions, it was a pleasure to return back to a well equipped lodge and relaxing hot tub.
