Positive: Loved the apartment and the location. Very hilly so not good if you are disabled. Roads in area very narrow and hilly take getting used to but loads if lovely walks around the cottage and bus service brilliant. Had a great week.

Negative: Nothing. Well maybe the narrow roads. Apartment well stocked and in a lovely village. Highly recommended and Ruth the owner was lovely.

Positive: We had a lovely stay in this first-floor apartment with its own private entrance and parking space. It’s clear that thought and care has gone into making the space welcoming and making the best use of the space. There were many thoughtful touches, including treats and a bed for our dog. The kitchen was equipped with dishwasher, washer, fridge and freezer. It had everything we needed for a self-catered break. There was also plenty of local information provided, which helped us plan lovely walks and day trips. Queries were responded to promptly. A cosy and comfortable base for exploring Bath, Stonehenge, Wells, Frome, Salisbury and more. Overall, we felt it was great value and we had a very enjoyable stay. If visiting the area again, we’d be happy to return.

Negative: A full-length mirror would be a useful addition.

Positive: The views were amazing throughout the whole place. Picture perfect. The lovely owner left a cake and milk on our arrival, which was a lovely touch, especially after a long drive. Instructions throughout the house were very handy. Parking outside the cottage by the side. Abit of a hill to drive up to, but it's worth it. Ideal to bath and bristol and plenty of leaflets in the cottage of things to do in the area or localy . A small indian takeaway and pub near by Some local shops to. A little gem with the owners personal touches. Pots and pan all there to cook with a perfect separate fridge and freezer, too. Definitely a recommendation for a relaxing time away. No traffic or any other noise to disturb that beauty sleep.

Negative: The sofa cud have been more comfortable..
