Our 35 unit motel is family owned and operated since 1995, offering clean, quiet rooms and at door parking. The Hills Inn motel offers the only outdoor swimming pool in Hot Springs. Guests enjoy a free round of miniature golf next door. A microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer and recliner are included in every room. This motel offers free 100Mbps Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast daily from 7AM to 9AM, including biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, and fresh fruit options. Vending machines with drinks are available to all guests. Laundry facilities is also featured on site. Positive: The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room is a bit outdated. But nice and clean. We did not take advantage of the breakfast.

Positive: It's an interesting motel from the 50s maybe? Well taken care of in terms of repairs, seals for doors and windows.

Negative: The carpet, bed linen and blankets, needed to be replaced. It had exceptionally high rating on another site. I can only assume those were bought reviews.

Positive: The owner/staff was great. PutPut golf right next door was free and my wife and I had a great time playing.

Negative: The breakfast was only a Continental breakfast. The room smelled old.

Positive: The room was very clean. Even the towels smelled wonderful!

Negative: There was a faint stale smell in the room initially - like one you'd associate with an older inn - but the room was immaculately clean.
