Negative: The room was not the cleanest, lots of dust, tub wasn't very clean and the room looked like it needs some repair, many cracks in the walls, peeling paint, looks sad.

Positive: Having the breakfast included made a good impact on affordability. It was not your typical hotel-type breakfast, but rather a full restaurant style menu to choose from.

Negative: The location is about 20 minutes from town and down a dirt road.

Positive: Beautiful property in the woods. We saw multiple deer. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom with nice shower and tub.

Negative: Way too many bugs in the room. It's in the wilderness so a few are of course expected. But we killed at least 16 stink bugs in our first hour. Not the relaxing weekend getaway we had planned!
