Positive: The location is only 15 mins away from patong beach if you want to walk. There are nice restaurants around. The nearest 7/11 is 6-7 mins away.

Negative: The owner was terrible. We were 3 girls checking in around 12:00 am or sth, he had some drunk friends and his friend asked my sister if she wanted to drink with them. On top of that, there was no elevator and the owner watched me carry a 20kg bag using the stairs and didn’t help. He just watched. On the day of the check out also, same, he watched me carry the bags down the stairs, and out of the property. This is about human decency, any normal man would help in this situation. The water pressure in the bathroom isn’t the greatest. They don’t give coffee or tea (for the price we paid, at least coffee or tea should be included). The price is hiked up a lot because of some music festival in Phuket. They give 3 water bottles on the first day and then for the remaining 3 nights, they did’t even give water bottles. The owner is never there so we couldn’t find him to ask for the water. We shouldn’t even have to remind them, this is their job anyway.

Summary: The location and the room is okay, the owner is not great and the service is horrible.
