Summary: Room was Iovely - clean, well appointed and very comfortable bed with high end linens. Nice big bathroom with tub and shower. Beautiful views of a meadow and very quiet. We loved that it was out of the way but others may want to be closer to Oxford.

Summary: Lovely room with great amenities. Housekeeper Gemma was great and made a lovely breakfast. Easy, free parking. Wish that there was someone available to address issues that came up in the evening when our door lock would not open. We had to force open the back door. We were on our own until the owner emailed us back the next morning. Shower was insanely hot - too hot and probably a waste of energy. Please include instructions on how to operate the heat.

Summary: Nice property. Nice owner. Not that easy to get to town. We hate the British round abouts 😬 Not happy with EXPEDIA. Even with insurance I couldn’t get a refund on a trip mistake I found immediately. Not Consumer friendly.

Summary: What a peaceful place to stay during our time in the Oxford area! We really enjoyed the countryside views and early morning visits from the deer and rabbits. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Please note that you will need to drive by car between the farm and Oxford city center. The location can be confusing for taxi drivers.

Summary: Laura and Graham were absolutely wonderful and most helpful. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had; everything was so fresh and of top quality. The property itself is absolutely stunning; we were easily able to walk in to the main city centre along the scenic river route. The welcome guide in the room gave some fantastic recommendations of what to do in the area and we only wish we’d stayed for more than one night, so we could check them all out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you for having us!
