Positive: I travelled with my Aunty, I had to work. Angie on the front desk was fantastic! Very nice and welcoming and efficient. She gave us all the information we needed and arranged for us to order a meal from the kitchen right on closing time. I consider it a bonus to have an apartment with Restaurant that is actually open and also being able to order room service. Covid kind of knocked that on the head unfortunately but this hotel has it and the meal I ordered ravioli and sweet potato fries was delicious and not expensive! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and I had to extend for another day and thankfully they were able to accommodate us in the same room, thank you so much this really helped alot. Very easy access up and down from the carpark to the room in the lift. Room service was great. It has a mini bar which is great! The king sized bed was as soft as sleeping on a cloud and I fell asleep on the couch one night and that was not uncomfortable. It's a spacious apartment and very comfortable and a great place to be able to work. The wifi was excellent. It had everything we needed for self sufficient cooking as my Aunty has to prepare her own food due to allergies. Free Netflix was a bonus and access to Youtube on the Smart TV.

Negative: I was surprised when entering the room because it didn't look like the photos. It wasn't what I was expecting. The photos looked much better. It's not very bright with the old fluoro lights so I left the blinds open and people in the apartment opposite could see right into our unit which I didn't mind so much, I preferred the light. The ocean view was accessible from the balcony otherwise we looked into the apartments next door. And again that wasn't a major issue but I thought we would be able to see the ocean from inside the apartment from the pictures when I was booking. There was a dirty cup and some minor cleaning issues indicating that the room wasn't checked by the head housekeeper before we went in but otherwise it was good. These things were minor - the other positives made up for it. We enjoyed our stay.
