Great outdoor space, fire pit, Indoor fireplace. Close to popular towns, two beautiful parks, huge soccer field, water splash park. Mins away from trails, which will be great for biking and walking, the dogs and more! Close to Chicago Premium Outlets and so much more to do, come and check it out and you will fall in love! This house will be stocked with personal items, such as: food inside cabinets/refrigerator. Clothing in drawers. Toiletries in bathroom. Personal photos, books, and all the things that make a house a home.
While we provide a personal space for you to utilize, like empty shelves in cabinet/plenty of room in fridge/places for clothes, etc... Summary: As parents of the bride, we brought much along with us to decorate the church and host a reception at the church afterward. The refrigerator was mostly empty and large. The beds were ample, house clean, and accomdations attractive.

Summary: The housekeeping crew could have spent some more time cleaning and putting sheets on the beds. I also didn't expect there to be so many personal belongings of the owner, but they were not at all in our way. It's a beautiful house in a great neighborhood close to LOTS of walking trails, shops and restaurants. Overall our stay was great and we would recommend this to anyone after a few tweeks on housekeeping.

Summary: The home fit our needs for the stay. Family gathering for memorial service. Night stands or desk/dresser to allow space for personal items in one bedroom was needed and mirrors in the non-primary bedrooms would help guests. It is a large home and accommodated 14 of us. Back deck and yard is beautiful. It was a sunny day and umbrella to provide shade would be nice. Overall, would recommend to others.

Summary: This was a perfect house for us when we came for my daughter's wedding. This is a spacious house with room for spending time together. There is a nice area outside, and it is in a nice neighborhood.

Summary: Kevin manages a gorgeous property with so many wonderful touches. A great workout space, super fun lounge to catch simultaneous games, fluffy carpet, spotless kitchen, homey touches, comfy couches. We were so satisfied—will try to book again for future events. Thanks Kevin!

Summary: We thought the home was very comfortable; nice, modern decor, wonderful entertainment room and exercise room downstairs, comfortable beds, and a roomy kitchen. However, 2 of the 4 beds were not made and the kitchen appliances and upstairs bathrooms were dirty.

Summary: The host is very communicative and very helpful all around. The space is gorgeous! Nice and open concept in the living area, spacious deck, big comfy beds upstairs and all the entertainment you could want in the basement. This place has it all, including a fabulous host!
