Positive: The host was extremely kind and helpful even brought us extra towels when needed . He Was available on the phone throughout to assist with any questions. Cabin in on a lovely ground with play area right next to it kept the children occupied for hours. We hope to back soon

Positive: The caravan was very clean and well equipped. The site was quiet and peaceful. The wi fi was good once we tracked down the code. The site was handy for the karting track at Rowrah.

Negative: We had to ring the owner as there was no smoke alarm and someone came out with one quite quickly. A lot of the window catches were broken and the windows wouldn't open/ close. The outdoor seating was unsafe to sit on. Tne caravan needs some TLC to bring it up to scratch. The site Reception was far from welcoming and had rather a rude sign on the door.

Positive: The Lodge was tidy, clean and had most amenities you'd need on a self catering stay. The main bed was really comfortable. The two smaller beds had 2 teens on them and both said they were comfortable just very small but they managed fine. We loved the Highland cow touches throughout. Shower was excellent, and clean. Towels provided and a couple blankets. Keswick and Cockermouth very easily accessible. Superb pub up the road for amazing food.

Negative: Socket by the sofa didn't work but there was an extension cord behind the sofa so utilised that. Although there was a Nintendo switch and dvd player, lacked any instructions and no HDMI cable from the dvd player to the telly. Fridge was shut off when we arrived so took a few hours for it to be usable. Luckily we brought tons of ice packs for the food we had brought up with us otherwise it would have perished. Lodge was quite cold so could do with extra blankets for the bedrooms.

Positive: Beutifull kept and everything u could want , absolutely amazing value to money we used as my son racing and already booked for next time and will any future times , absolutely 💯 percent fantastic Gentle man on phone when finding and locating couldn't been any more help superb
