Positive: Staff was perfect, great people, they were considerate and kind. The hotel is exactly what is needed if you are to have a Quiet and relaxing time in the Smokey Mountains. Breakfast is simple and free- really enjoyed it. If needed there is a "full, grand breakfast" option in walking distance (it's right there) as well as a riverside restaurant as well.

Negative: Not really much. The room was just a bit dated but perfectly fine. If super modern is your minimum denominator; then go pay and complain elsewhere!

Positive: It is quiet and clean. The room is overall comfortable and I like that it’s all one level.

Negative: I don’t have anything I don’t like. This is our second stay. The only improvement that I’d like would be to update the bathrooms. The toilets are small and short. Definitely not a big issue for us, but it would be a good improvement to make.
