Positive: We received a very friendly welcome upon our arrival at Highland Getaway, we filled out our breakfast choices for the next morning, booked in for dinner at the restaurant upstairs and were then taken to our room (in a separate building a couple of doors down from the pub). The room itself was very clean, had two comfy armchairs and had two packets of biscuits waiting for us, which were very quickly eaten up. Located over the road from Leven Bites (a lovely sandwich shop where we got pur lunch for the next day's walking the West Highland Way) and the Co-Op. The Highland Getaway also offer a packed lunch option if you'd prefer. As previously mentioned, we booked in to the restaurant upstairs in the Highland Getaway pub for dinner, we had brie bites and chicken tenders to start, beef madras and veggie chilli for main, and shared a Bailey's ice cream for dessert. This was all very welcome ahead of a long day of walking the next day. Breakfast was standard for a B&B of a cooked breakfast option, some pastries and some yoghurt, so no complaints with that.

Positive: The guy at the bar is really cool! We'd want to be friends and hang out with him 😄 The rooms were excellent—immaculate, beautiful, and cozy! The location is magical, and the breakfast is marvelous. We’ll be back!

Positive: The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They had pre booked a dinner reservation for myself just in case I wanted to dine with them. The gin in the bar was fantastic! The room itself was comfortable and clean. The little touches such as the biscuits and hot chocolate were very nice. I had a great sleep in the comfy bed!
