Positive: The room was clean and fresh and suitable for my needs. The staff friendly and pleasant to deal with. The restaurant steak dinner was great! As was the service.
Negative: One little tera-pack of milk in the fridge would have been magic. I hadn't brought any and being partially disabled with only one leg I had to walk with discomfort a short distance to buy some. No big deal to most folks but that small inconvenience to me was the difference. Other than that one small thing I was very happy :)
