Positive: It was a convenient place to stay when attending the rugby World Cup in Sunderland. The morning staff were lovely and friendly.

Negative: There was no left luggage room so we couldn’t leave our bags before heading to the match

Positive: Spacious immaculate room. Very helpful and friendly staff

Negative: Evening meal wasn’t exactly on the generous side, even I could have eaten something else afterwards. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable but reception staff said they would look into it. TV only showed a handful of channels even after we’d updated the settings.
