Positive: There was no breakfast at this location

Negative: The only hiccup which we met and remained with us was the electronics for the door. In an attempt to make the process high tech, I think the whole thing is a bit complicated and the technology failed resulting in the door not locking during our stay. Other than that the property is well put away in a lovely are, everything is new. There really is not anything else to complain about.

Summary: In an overall sense my stay was excellent.

Positive: Place is very clean and spacious, large bedrooms and living space, even a washer and dryer is available. Location on point. We will return once available. Pool is a bit on the smaller side but still great, especially if you are able to have to yourselves. The acting hostess was very nice to us and we thank her for her generosity!! Host was also helpful as well when we encountered a bit of a problem with the auto lock system and everything was sorted out. My family and I had a great stay.

Negative: I think the only thing would maybe be the parking situation (although it wasnt an issue at all the time we went there since we basically had the space to ourselves.)but if it was fully occupied i could see possibly a potential issue, but i guess if some nice basic rules for guest sharing the parking is provided after booking, it can avoid any problems. Other than that, a very nice place and we will be returning.

Summary: Wonderful space to stay for family.

Positive: The pool was lovely, the beds were very comfortable with a nice soft blanket. Had extra towels.. cleanliness on Parr and my family and I felt safe and secured.

Negative: The water in face basins took a while to go down. There were lovely shampoo and liquid soap bottles installed in the bathroom. But were both empty. Never the less there were tiny bars of soap available.

Positive: The apartment was clean, peaceful, secure and well-equipped with major appliances. It was a great place for a Tobago getaway with the family. We had a great time relaxing in the pool. The amenities were suited to the name 'high end'. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating, quickly responding to my questions/ concerns.

Negative: There's nothing negative to say. The stay was excellent.
