Cozy, very high quality, approx. 65 m² apartment on the top floor of a 2-storey new building with a large living / dining room, separate sleeping area, fitted kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer), bathroom with shower and toilet and great, approx. 35 m² roof terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the Alps (partial lake view).
The light-flooded apartment is equipped with parquet floors, underfloor heating and electric shutters.
There is a separate parking space, washing machine and dryer (for shared use). Free WiFi is available, towels and bed linen are of course provided. There is Smart TV (Waipu) with an excellent picture and many programs. The apartment is barrier-free and can also be reached by elevator.
Located near the beach (300 m), not far from the train station (950 m) at the end of the village towards Constance. Bus stop 100 m, bike path Radolfzell-Konstanz 50 m.

Summary: This holiday flat is perfect for a couple wanting to spend a few quiet days at Lake Constance. It has everything you could want in a holiday flat: all the pots and pans you might need, super electric blinds, comfy bed and--best of all--a fabulous balcony. Within walking distance to town and the lakeshore, too. The hosts were in touch by email and were very helpful in their correspondence. Can highly recommend this place and we look forward to visiting the area again!

Summary: Nice, clean, well equipped. Brand new house in a quiet location. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely stay there again. Need a car though to get to shops but otherwise super place to stay. Thanks!
