4 Bedroom House in Hayesville

Unwine’d with a View – a custom-built, high-end 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home with amazing long-range mountain and lake views that sleeps 15. Enjoy this beautiful, quiet retreat at the top of a mountain on a paved cul-de-sac with hot tub, pool table, poker table, full wet bar, 85 inch TV, a huge front porch, fire pit, and well-equipped chef’s kitchen.
The great location in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains is less than 2.5 hours from many metro areas including Atlanta, GA, Chattanooga, TN, Ashville, NC, Knoxville, TN, Greenville, SC, Athens, GA, and Rome, GA.
There is a huge wrap-around front porch with 6 rocking chairs, a glider, and a fire table to enjoy the beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Lake Chatuge, and Mountain Harbour Golf Course, which are especially amazing around sunrise and sunset.
You can cook a great meal in the well-equipped, chef’s kitchen with double ovens, a huge stove top, and granite counter tops. Or, put some steaks on the big gas grill on the back porch. The kitchen is well equipped with complete cookware set, knives set, a Keurig, and key small appliances such as food processor, blender, mixers, and a toaster. Whether you cook or pick-up food to-go, you can gather 12 people around the huge table in the breakfast area plus another 4 seats at the kitchen island to enjoy the meal with amazing views.
There is fun for all ages at Unwine’d with a View, including:
• Watch your favorite movie, show, or sporting event on one of the 7 Samsung TVs, including an 85 inch for your viewing pleasure mounted in the bar/TV room;
• Shoot some pool;
• Gather around a fire in the gravel fire pit area;
• Take up some outside games like corn hole or ladder ball;
• Play poker or one of the many other card games in the house at the large poker table with seating for 8 in the bar room;
• There are numerous games for kids of all ages;
• There is a PS4 with 2 controllers and several games;
• Enjoy the reading nook in the bunk room downstairs.
To unwind and relax:
• Take a dip in the large hot tub on the lower deck;
• Pick a rocking chair and enjoy the amazing views on the front porch;
• Curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the Family room;
• Take a nap in the fresh mountain air, on the hammock or the day bed;
• Pick a book and find a comfortable spot to enjoy it.
For sleeping, you can count on a good night’s rest in one of the 7 beds, all with new mattresses, including 2 kings with wonderful DreamCloud mattresses, 3 free-standing queens, and a twin XL over queen bunk bed. There is also a pull out sofa in the den upstairs that folds out to a queen bed.
If you are wine lovers (like we are), you will love the huge wet bar downstairs, with wine racks and a dual zone wine cooler so you can have all your wines at the perfect temperature. You will find white and red wine glasses behind the bar downstairs and in the glass cabinets in the kitchen. There is also a large ice machine, small fridge, and a frozen drink blender behind the bar. There are numerous vineyards/wineries in the area, where you can take your wine-loving on the road.
The house has good wifi coverage throughout. However, there is not fiber or cable in the area yet, and our internet connection from the house uses Starlink. This sometimes does not have sufficient band-width for full live video from many devices simultaneously.
When you are ready to venture out for some activities, you again have many great options:

Summary: Everything about our stay at this property was "5 STAR"! Our family celebrated 7 days over Christmas in a home that was outstanding in terms of room, amenities, the view from anywhere in and outside of the house and quality of everything in the house. What separated this home from every other we rented was the quality of the hosts. Karla and Tim left nothing to chance. They communicated with us from the first day to the check out. The attention to detail was amazing. For any family large or small if you want to get away to the mountains to relax and have fun "Unwine’d With a View" is THE place to stay!

Summary: This is our second time staying at this home and we love it! The porch with the fire has gorgeous views and we watched a holiday movie as a family on the giant TV just a few steps from the hot tub. The kitchen is so well appointed and there are plenty of throws to stay cozy on cool nights. Very comfortable home with great views!

Summary: The title says it all. This is our 2nd stay in the house, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We had a family of 11 and had plenty of room. The view from the porch and the calmness of the area are what makes this a great place for a get away.

Summary: We loved this property so much! It’s well laid out and comfortable. There was plenty of space and amazing views from pretty much every angle! Love that we received a guide to the house and surrounding area ahead of time and also a few emails just at the times we needed them. There were deer and bunnies in the yard every day. The hot tub was great and the lighting out there very cool! Well appointed kitchen with condiments! Can’t wait to visit again!!
