Summary: Very cute place outside of town. We were in room 23. The place didn’t seem to be full. I was surprised where they located us, particularly because it didn’t seem full. We were right next to kitchen, so I got to hear them prepping for breakfast even though I had ear plugs on. What I really needed was an eye mask because there was a bright light outside our room that was visible all night long. Black out blinds are really in order for room 23. I was not comfortable in the bed, but my husband was. If o were to stay here again I would ask NOT to be in room 23. Breakfast was available. Very basic, but good. They had bacon, tots and scrambled eggs. Yogurt. I think waffles. Cereals.

Summary: Such an amazing stay, perfect location, a little off from the main street but close by to everything, clean room and the hot tub was great! Also, breakfast was delicious, and there was the nicest man in there! Check in process was so easy, can't wait to come back and bring my kiddos!

Summary: Cabin was great. Central AC would be nice but the window unit helped. Tub floor needs refinishing as it looked dirty. Rest of place was nice and convenient. Good breakfast. Easy to access and generally private.

Summary: The cabin overall was great, beds a little hard but no big deal there. The Tub was gross. and no water pressure at all from the shower. I would stay again just request a different cabin. The property is really nice, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was solid and the kids liked it. Wifi is a little spotty but thats okay we were in a cabin away from the main building.

Summary: Awesome experience here. Easy check in with keypad code. Rooms are totally renovated and ours was immaculately clean. Nice breakfast options in the morning that were more than we expected. Although we didn’t use, the kitchenette was really cool, and had we stayed for multiple nights, we would have utilized for sure. About a couple hours after we checked out and got down the road, the place texted me to let me know that my son had left his blanket there, and asked how to send to us. This is a ratty old thing that he has had since birth, but is super important to him. They could have easily just tossed it in the trash, but their contacting us (correctly) thinking that this was an important item speaks volumes about what kind of people they are. HIGHLY recommend.

Summary: We had a lovely king room, on the main floor, which made it easy to bring in our things. The remodel they have done to the rooms is lovely! The breakfast, while simple, was sufficient for us to get the day started for some fishing and kayaking. On our next stay we will request a second floor room, due to some disturbance of the folks upstairs.

Summary: This property is both conveniently close to Pagosa Springs (less than a 10 minute drive East of the town), and removed enough to escape the throngs of people who flock to Pagosa, especially on a holiday weekend. The studio cabin was compact and cozy, but roomy with a great dedicated parking spot right next to the room, and it features a nicely stocked kitchen with cookware, plates, glassware, and flatware. While the towels in the bathrrom were obviously clean and folded before we arrived, they were somewhat damp, as if prematurely removed from the dryer. The folks have probably heard complaints about the sizable pot holes on the road from the property entrance to the cabins, but those are real hazards. The bed was firm and inviting, though the comfortable mattress seemed to be on slats for support (rather than a flat platform) so there is a tendency for it to sag in the middle. The breakfast was tasty and substantive (fresh eggs, cottage potatoes, bacon, hot sausage gravy, cold biscuits, cereals, yogurts, bread, do-it- yourself wafgles), and I'm general, this place offers a great escape in the mountains. We'll definitely patronize again and recommend it to interested parties.
