Summary: The air conditioning was terrible in that heat wave!!!! The room was very hot for my liking!! And there was no fan on site to be borrowed. But The room was good with the kitchenette, bed was comfortable.

Summary: The hotel need to stop taking UNATHORISED MONIES from customers accounts!! My original stay was booked (through Hotels.com) to check out on the 16th however, an additional booking was made again through Hotels.com to check out on the 19th. When booked through Hotels.com payment is always paid upfront, so I was rather surprised, to say the least, that the hotel took the payment again, I would like to say at this point that the payment was UNAUTHORISED. I spoke to the receptionist about this payment and I was advised that I would be refunded within 5 working days. I did not receive any refund after 5 days. I would advise any one who is wanting to stay here to be extremely careful as they take payment UNAUTHORISED and totally ignore any communication chasing said refund.

Summary: The shower door was missing the strip at its base that prevented water from flowing out and flooding the entire room. We learned from another guest that the strip was underneath the sink. Why didn't they explain this at check-in? Also, the floor in the pool room was always flooded an very slippery. It should have a mat to prevent slipping.
