Summary: Lovely, quiet, cozy and clean place to stay. The owner was available very quickly when I needed her. I had everything that I needed including coffee, all sorts of tea, even half and half! Shampoo and soap in the shower. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you:)

Summary: My wife and I were in Portland visiting our son who moved to Oregon two years ago. The basement apartment was very clean and accommodating. Location was only a 5-10 min drive to our son’s place. Very convenient and close to many eating establishments. All within a walking distance.

Summary: This is our second time here. It’s so well maintained and for a below ground level apartment there is plenty of natural light. Nancy reaches out to make sure all is good. Parking is easy. You will enjoy it!

Summary: This basement u it was a delightful cool respite during the hot days during our visit. It's located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, but near to places to eat and close to the daughter we were visiting. I especially liked that the bedroom was separate from the living quarters. The bed was soft and comfortable. It served our needs perfectly.
