Positive: The apartment is close to the city center, to supermarkets, restaurants, and within walking distance to public transport. It is spacious and has a regular kitchen. There was sugar, salt, and cooking spices available in the kitchen. The deposit was returned in less than a week after the stay, even though not fully.

Negative: The check-in instructions were sent in Czech, which is inconvenient and could be clearer. Even if they ask for an extra fee for many things, there is no shampoo, not even a bag of tea or coffee as a courtesy, which is inconvenient for a person coming for a business trip for a few days. Moreover, it was the first time I had to pay a deposit for an accommodation from Booking, from which a fee was deducted without a reason. The deposit fee is stated in their "Fine print conditions", which is fair (in their words, "A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. That's about 2,432 Kč. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property."). However, I left the apartment more than one hour earlier than the check-out time limit, arrived within their check-in time, removed the excess garbage, did not have pets, did not try to use their "Premium" services (for communication or Wifi, for example), I do not smoke, did not have any parties, and did not leave any mess behind. As all their stated rules were followed, I could not figure out a reason for a deduction from the deposit.
