Positive: The accommodation was excellent. Nice quiet part of Rutherglen while at the same time close to all amenities. Comfy beds, great views, brilliant inclusions. The owners were great. Our neighbours (sheep) made all the difference.

Positive: The name of the property is very apt: it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Indeed, so quiet that that our hosts were happy to leave the keys in the door for us. Also they went out of their way to try and help with WiFi by providing an extender from their house but the separation was just a bit too far and it didn't work out.

Negative: WiFi was effectively non-existent. Also, the phone coverage was very poor: we could not actually make calls from within the property.

Summary: Apart from no WiFi and poor phone coverage we were absolutely delighted with the property.

Positive: This is a beautifully executed country cottage with great views and a quiet peaceful location. It was warm due to great air conditioning and insulation even though it was cold outside. Everything was brand new and in perfect condition. The host was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know. Having sheep and lambs wandering around outside is a great distraction as well.

Positive: It was very peaceful and tranquil. You will sleep so well and not hear anything but nature. We loved staying here as needed a good relaxing getaway. The views from the decking are so beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking.
