Positive: All the little things! Belinda is a fabulous host, and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast supplies were very welcome and the room is so well fitted out. Her local knowledge and tips made a trip a great success!

Positive: During our stay a storm rolled over. The power dipped for a moment. We carry a little torch/lantern just in case, but our host knocked on the door to offer us a lantern and dinner as it wouldn't have been ideal to head down to the pub in the weather. It was so thoughtful and considerate. We had been picking on the road all day and weren't particularly hungry, so we grabbed some of the breakfast offerings. There was plenty and even though Belinda offered to bring in some more bread the next morning we didn't need it. I sat on the little veranda with a mosquito coil burning and the rain and wind whooshing around me until the lightning grew really close and I headed back into the room. The best moody book weather! In the morning, we had a hearty breakfast, filled up my travel mug and our water bottles and the road feeling fresh and happy. The bed was so comfortable, slept like a log!

Positive: Everything was superb. Bed very comfy. Really liked the extra little touches such as umbrellas available for use, make up wipes in the bathroom. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Breakfast was standard continental affair with yogurt offered in our case as a substitute for milk not required. Location to town was a convenient short walk. The local birdlife was very active and a pleasure to experience. Off street parking was provided with some shade from trees.

Negative: Poor kitchenette cupboard door fitting which was a little annoying.
