Positive: Lovely lodge to stay in, the bedrooms, the views, everything. An added bonus that a Christmas tree was up for us when we arrived which the kids were very happy about as santa had somewhere to leave their presents. Everything we needed was there, very well thought out by the owners. Brilliant stay and would certainly stay again as well as recommend others too.

Positive: Lovely location and presented throughout. Would absolutely come again. Great communication with the owner. Tiny little bits that made it lovely at the property - unsure if the owner put them in or previous guests - oil, bubbles, etc. We used to come as kids, so we were pleased to find that the site was very well kept considering how old it is.

Negative: I felt the staff at the restaurant could have been more friendly, but this did not impact our stay. We had one minor issue, but this was quickly resolved and mitigated. Potentially, bug nets over windows would be a lovely improvement as we had to fight out a couple of bugs - mainly because the weather was so hot, so we had them open a lot.

Positive: Nice Lodge and location Powerful shower

Negative: Broken bed reported within 15 mins of arrival, owner didn't respond until 3 days later, bathroom wasn't clean, sheets were marked, crazy golf shown in pictures didn't exist, was advertised with a hot tub, which it didn't have, 1 toilet roll between 4 adults and 1 children for 3 days, owner expects you to buy your own, won't book private again will book directly with pine lake as we have in previous years and loved it, no offer of any partial refund for the miss sell.

Positive: Everything, facilities were first class. Kitchen area had everything you needed, beds were so comfortable, shower was amazing, plenty of space in living area.

Positive: we absaluty loved the lodge and the location. it was more than we expected and will definatly be returning soon, we where a little gutted we didnt book a longer stay now but, all a learning experiance as we will be looking at a longer stay next time.

Negative: we couldnt fault the lodge at all it was great
