Positive: Amazing location, beautiful property, great breakfast and a lovely pool (also the bed was super comfortable!)

Negative: Lack of hotel info at check in, huge improvement to be made here as without it; you can get very trapped in or outside the hotel. In the evening all the properly gates locked, which the staff didnt warn us about. After we went for dinner we returned and the gates were locked. Since there was no staff present anymore, and no one replied to our texts and numerous calls at 9pm, we had to essentially break back into the property. Climbing a 3 meter gate to get back in... it felt extra weird to not have any staff at the property at night, since what if we lost our keycards or needed help? Even the next morning the staff had not responded. Also, this is maybe more a matter of taste but the music at the pool didnt fit the mood. European medival folk music is the opposite of what id expect in a beautiful peaceful setting like that. Keep it chilled! This small change would make that setting so much better.

Positive: Wonderful stay. Friendly hosts, everything easy and relaxed. Rooms are very well laid out and relaxing. The pool is excellent and quiet as it is private for only those staying along with a common room. If you want a place to go and chill this is it.

Positive: I stayed here 2 nights and it was wonderful! It’s a beautiful oasis surrounded by a green jungle next to the river. So close to the city, but it feels like another world. So calm and peaceful. Such a special and amazing place. The rooms are very new and fresh. So many things I loved: bed was super comfortable, good AC, the shower was nice and hot with good pressure, nice tv, good view of green trees and plants. The pool is beautiful and private. The area where the guests stay at home stay is separate from the cafe so the pool area, lounge and rooms are very private and not crowded. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Suriya. The food was excellent too. The cafe is so nice- right on the river with a great view. You can sit outside or inside with AC. Also, they have new bicycles you can use for free. I loved riding the bicycle all over. I love this place and will definitely come back!
