Positive: I LOVED the house itself. It was very welcoming. I was obsessed with the decore. My preteen and boyfriend liked the home gym. It was a quick 20 minute to my parents' and brothers on Nesting Loon Dr in Lincoln. I would definitely stay again for my sister's wedding in August the week I'd be there.

Negative: I didn't find anything I didn't like. I do apologize, though, for my 3 year old boy who was very excited about his stay.

Positive: Not to sound cheesy or like a paid review, but we loved everything! Was a perfect place to stay for a week visiting family. Was listed here on booking as a hotel but had way more of a Airbnb-ish feel as in we had a whole apartment sized space to ourselves. Was a very nice modern feeling building, and the host had snacks, a bottle of wine, and had already thought to have pretty much anything anyone could need there. Kinda in the middle of nowhere, but within a 10 minute drive of town. Host was very pleasant the couple of times we ran into her, and had some cute friendly dogs! Overall would extremely recommend to anyone looking, especially over a hotel.

Positive: The house was super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook. Bonus she had fans in the closet to use, for someone who needs the noise to sleep, I was extremely surprised and thankful she had them to use! Joyce takes very good care of the place making sure it's very clean. We will stay here again for sure.

Negative: Location. But it's still close enough to everything so it's not terrible. And the location wouldn't make me not stay here again.

Summary: Worth every penny.
