Positive: The view was amazing! Plenty of parking. Private drive. Big private patio overlooking the ocean. Fenced yard. The beds are so comfortable. The whole downstairs is like another apartment. Plenty of room for everyone. Shirt walk to the beach.
Negative: Needs a fan for the front room. Gets a little humid in the house.
