This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 21; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The garage at this property is accessible for renters as a bonus space. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
**This pool is NOT heated. Pool will be closed for the season from October 31 through April 1

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
